A New Vehicle at our House

We're really enjoying this great weather and spending time outside in the evenings. If only there were no fall allergies... Anyway, last night we went across the street to the cul-de-sac with lots of kids playing on various toys. Cailyn spotted the type of car that she likes to play with but unfortunately its owner was not inclined to share (a 2 1/2 year old - go figure). So our dear neighbor Shawna offered to let Cailyn borrow their similar car for a while since their kids are a little older. Thanks Boswells for the fantastic new toy for these fantastic fall evenings!

Cailyn in her very own blue car. Great entertainment - all she ever really cares to do is get in and out of it and honk the horn (which plays music). Although tonight she was a little distracted with saying "Hi Rob" and waving to our neighbor who was cutting his grass. A very friendly girl these days.
"Bye-bye Mommy!" When asked where she's going, it is always "Jina's" (Gina's) with Tim and Ee-uh (Lia).
I think Kinley finally figured out that she can see herself in the mirror above her in the swing. Here's one of her great big smiles, probably accompanied by some of her sweet "talking" sounds. What a doll!
The first victim of Crayola abuse at our household: a drawer in the girls' bathroom. Don't ask me how a box of crayons made it upstairs to a bathroom drawer. Oops! Guess it could have been something much harder to clean.

  1. Did you use the Magic Eraser on the drawer? It really is "magic"! :)
